“We rented four rooms for a family event. Upon arrival one our party was charged an extra amount as they said that’s what they do with Expedia rentals. Expedia said it’s not true. But e en worse, we told them we needed their continental breakfast at 8:00AM. She said she would come at 7:30AM to prepare it. At 8:03AM we called the emergency number to say NO ONE was at the property. At 8:09AM we were told by the “owner” that the person had called earlier to tell us she’d been held up. Problem was,...

“sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret”
