Or another booking service. Only other complaint is if the room next to me was using the shower it leaked out from under the wall from under the my rooms sink area.

Really needed a ground floor room. No apologies, or regrets. Just "we don't have a ground floor available". Nothing more. Took a deposit, went to room to find many things broken or missing, so I immediately took pictures and went back to the front desk to inform them of the discrepancies so my deposit would not be affected. They did hear what I told them, and said they will tell the cleaning ladies. End result, beds were comfortable, checkout lady was very friendly, and we re-aquired our full deposit.
