“What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer.”

It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard.”

“The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. ”

“It was really nice to be greeted with wine, cheese, and crackers! The owners were nice and responsive, and the location on the lake is beautiful. But the house felt like it was slanting into the lake, there ceilings were cracked and damaged, and water in the kitchen smelled strongly of sulfur. We lost power, which was not surprising, but I was surprised the owners were not prepared. No candles or flashlights, except a citronella candle.”
