Very good no problem

rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days....

The staff was the best part of our stay, excellent customer service from all staff, especially the male night auditor! Not going to lie, for about $200 a night you would think there would be more amenities or the property would be more updated. Valet was not worth $51.00 in my opinion. It took almost 30 minutes for our car to be grabbed by the valet and that was after trying to call the ticket phone number listed multiple times to request pick up per the property. For future if we knew it was available, we would have parked out car right down the road at the pay and park place.

went to the breakfast place two different days to get a bagel and cream cheese. Both days they had no cream cheese and didn't figure it out until after they toasted the bagel. So they have me a bagel with no topping :( The light switch is broken on the light next to the bed (closest to the bathroom). Loved the pool area ! Beautiful hotel, very comfortable stay

I don't think I've ever left a review for a hotel. I stayed here two times in June with my daughters for a volleyball tournament (I wish I wouldn't have booked both at the same time, because I wouldn't have stayed again) Staying here twice, weeks apart - made me know these issues are ongoing, not just a bad weekend I've stayed at many Hyatts and usually they are great. This one was not. The elevators smelled horrible, BOTH times, a mixture of rotten and old man cologne, one was out of service the first stay, and every time we were nervous that they wouldn't work, doors barely opened, and were jerky when they did. We were on the top floor, and still tried to use the stairs. Our shower/bathtub wouldn't drain at all, either time. The thermostat basically didn't work, didn't change regardless of the setting we put it on. It was sooooo hot and stuffy in the room. BOTH times. Breakfast, gross eggs (worse than usual for hotel eggs) and very little fresh food, fruit that was old and over ripe, no other options - NO COFFEE out for guests early in the am. Ice on only two floors, not convenient and one wasn't operational. Bathroom in the lobby also not very clean and again smelled weird, twice. Parking filled up so quickly, we had to park in the parking lot next door, wasn't sure if I was allowed to, but did. Gym is small but good. We didn't use the pool. Front desk staff was nice.

Pristine, comfortable. Helpful staff. Recommend!
