“Comfortable and clean studio set in pretty and quiet garden. Near to Bressingham steam museum and garden centre ..both worth a visit. Studio had everything needed for a quiet break away from it all. Owners Terry and Anne made us feel very welcome. Would recommend ”

“Lovely location and tranquil setting. However our stay did not include breakfast and at £13 each we gave it a miss. Plenty of parking outside, although there were very few staff around, we had to call the hotel to get someone at reception.”

“It was nice to stay in an older building in the area to feel the historic charm, but the slanted hallways, stairs and uneven floor boards in the room took away from the charm and instead signaled a lack of investment. We spent most of our time outside the hotel so I can't really comment on the amenities.”

“Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel.”

“Property was a bit strange from outside has it did not open until 3pm when the bar opened it was closed again early so no food in restaurant available. Once closed the only people in the building were guests no staff. Although it didn't look great outside the rooms were very nice and well equipped. Overall good stay for one night and plenty of places to eat.”

“One approaches the hotel with a drive through beautiful woodland and then arrive at a breathtakung Elizabethan revival manor house, the archtecture is truly impressive and the interior does not disappoint either. Our room was immaculate and the facilities are top drawer, Swimming pool, sauna,steam room, gym and a very smart spa. If golf is your thing there is a lovely golf course and driving range. “The pantiles is great for a chilled out relaxed holiday very guite with a nice garden to the rear and the village and surrounding areas are lovely. You have Banham zoo near by and we had an excellent meal at the Garden House pub.we drove to coast one day then shopping to Norwich another day.Will definitely go back again in the future.”

“Really enjoyed our stay, we felt the spa but it was quite crowded only small number of sunbeds. Room was nice but it was quite dated.”
