“This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. “We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”
