Chalets en Feniton

“Great location for the celebration we were attending. Lovely host really friendly. A fab stay”

“A reminder that you don’t get a lot for your money these days. Twin room - cheap narrow beds, very noisy plumbing system in the room and from other rooms, noisy outside, tiny shower. Included breakfast not worth mentioning.”

“El jardín es un ensueño. El cottage aunq muy antiguo esta muy bien cuidado. Una auténtica experiencia británica!”

“The hotel is perfectly situated to nearby Exeter Airport, which was the purpose of booking it. It was gone midnight when we checked in. The members of staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly which made everything so much easier. Really comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great. A lovely selection of foods on offer, with again, friendly helpful staff. We will definately use again when flying from Exeter.”

“This was our third visit to the Fisherman's Cot and the first time for an overnight stay. There is a good selection of food at reasonable prices and very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in an annex which was OK but the outside fabric of the building is in need of renovation. Room was fine and clean, although bath panel was heavily water damaged. There is scope to improve decor (pictures on the wall for example) to give a more homely feel”

“Stayed in the summer with our two kids. Beautiful old inn in a picturesque little village. Tons of charm and atmosphere. Cosy bar and restaurant serving delicious food. Bed was so comfy didn't want to get up in the morning! And just a short walk down to the beach. Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. 5 stars is not enough.”

“airport hotels are normally a bad experience, this was just the opposite: spacious well decorated rooms, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Perfect standards! Of course you are in an airport zone with no restaurants, the highway close by and poor views on the parking, but you can walk to the terminal in 3 minutes. ”

“Lovely old building, beautifully clean and comfortable. Steve and Fiona were very welcoming and kind. Also, they cooked a mean breakfast from a varied menu. It was delicious. The only downside was the lack of parking outside The Bakehouse. It proved to be very difficult but the upside was that approx 60 yards away was a Car Park for only £3.30 for 24 hours! Highly recommend The Bakehouse if you are planning a visit to East Devon.”
