I didn’t expect much no offense for it being in Farmington lol but it’s a very nice property and it’s right on the river path. The property is clean the room was clean. Staff was nice.

The hotel was a nice place to stay while in town for work. The location worked well for our group. The elevator did have some issues while we were there but the hotel did try and correct that quickly. We utilized the fitness facility and were pleased with the offerings.

I like how close this property is to the river. I woke up and enjoyed my coffee looking out over the river while it was snowing. Cons, the pool and spa have been broken for a while, yet is still advertised as an amenity

When I arrived I was informed that the person who had my room decided to stay another night and my room was unavailable. There were no other rooms available. I had to search three other hotels before finding a room for the night after a long day of driving. They handled the situation poorly.
