The staff was great and very helpful, but the property isn't very nice, and the breakfast wasn't good. For the same rate, I have stayed at several other properties in Farmington that are much nicer.

Nice accommodating manager

The check-in man was very accommodating and he found us a room on the main floor. The only one left, but we couldn’t climb the stairs so he was very kind and it was clean good and downstairs!

Nice stay. Good choice.

Nice stay. Good service, clean, lots of little touches that make it feel welcoming. Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, fresh coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower.

We couldn't get maid service. Every day we had to go and beg for clean towels. The front desk staff would mumble an apology and promise us that it wouldn't happen again and it happened everyday that we were there.

Pleasantly surprised

I wasn't sure about this hotel but there weren't a lot of options that were pet friendly. It is a bit older and small but it was clean - service was exceptional. The breakfast was good as well. It was right across the street from the Marriot and half the price - also felt safe. I would definitely reccomend.
