When we asked for a clean cup; rather than changing the dirty cup for a clean one, staff made a point of inspecting the cup and saying it was rinsed but maybe not scrubbed. “My room was on the entrance floor and very quiet. I loved the bed and pillows, very confortable! There was a little space between the bed and the bathroom wall but this wasn't an inconvenience as it was just a very small part in the way to the window. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, having a lot of options, including the Scottish Breakfast. Jackie, one of the hosts, is extremely nice, she was very considerate in asking my food options and/or allergies and explained what to visit...
