Everything was great, we arrived early and to avoid an early check in fee we were allowed to have our luggage put on hold while we explored. The luggage was later brought to our rooms.
The only small inconvenience was that the floor lamp did not work, I called and asked if it could be checked but no one ever came to correct it.

The bed and the mattress wasn't comfortable. The room was dusty. And many more, but I enjoyed the spa.

Excellent service. Beautiful hotel, very clean, & the included breakfast buffet was a plus! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel.

I always enjoy my stay at the Rio Hotel and Casino. This time the bathroom in my room wasn't clean. I purchased items to clean it myself.
