Perfect place to stay.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Great hotel bar and shout out to Karen, a great bartender. Gym was also very updated and not a lot of equipment but useful nonetheless. Rooms are very very very small but comfy bed and clean. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! From the very first moment where they took our luggage and things from our rental car to our room to the super easy check out. Everyone was super nice and cordial. The location was exceptional! Restaurants around walking distance. Within walking distance to Boston Commons, restaurants, shopping, and the subway. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

This Inn is a beautiful old building with a long history. It is located within easy walking distance of downtown Lexington with all its history. The Inn had wonderful rooms, a great staff and a top rate restaurant all in one place. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and convenient. Everyone, from valet to desk staff to housekeeping, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Will keep this property on my list for future visits to Boston!

The Charles Hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the amenities felt genuinely upscale. Staff were accommodating and allowed us extra time to check out, which made the end of our stay stress-free. On-site parking was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from Harvard Square, with great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
