Rooms were good, breakfast was fabulous, checkin experience was nice. Only downside was the elevators , for a 8 floor building having only one elevator working on a busy Sunday morning was really inconvenient causing us to wait for almost 20-25 min for elevator and as carrying a stroller there was no choice :(

The hotel is a nice property overall. However, one elevator and both ice makers were broken while we were there. The staff was not welcoming or very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location is good, but we were somewhat disappointed in our stay.

The room was way more than I needed, a full kitchen, a lamp that didn’t work and a TV hard mounted to the wall neither pointing at the bed or the couch. The cost was high yet they added $15 a day to park in their lot. Adjacent to an interstate, there was a constant hum. The breakfast and the staff were fine.

Staff, Breakfast and beds were great! I was a little annoyed about the housekeeping. They never replaced the trash bag in our garbage can (note we stayed 3 nights) and the tub was not cleaned well enough when we arrived. The drain was slow and there was residue from previous usage.

Our flight out of Logan was cancelled until the next day. Our flight was at 0900. I immediately got on Expedia and was looking for a hotel, I chose the Hyatt in Medford because we are familiar with the area. I booked it online and called the Hyatt and asked if by chance we could get in earlier than 4 pm, the gentleman at the front desk said when you get here we can see if anything is available. We got there a little after 12 noon and we were allowed to check in about an hour later. That saved us, as we were exhausted from traveling and frustrated with the airlines! Kudos to your staff!!

The room met our needs, and the breakfast items were good. There were a couple of electrical issues in the room with the sink mirror light not working and the microwave sometimes losing power. The refrigerator also was missing a leg so it wobbled whenever you tried opening it. One elevator seemed to not be working the last two days of our stay so it took a long time to wait for the other elevator with room on it to get on. The hotel is also not too close to a train stop so it was inconvenient for catching a train into Boston. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff great stay of you staying over night or 2 nights . Ice machine was not Working on any floor their no signs had get ice at front desks. House keeping it you ask them housekeeping daily they will use the same sheets make the bed. The pool was nice just Need to restock the poolTowels pool often they run out quick , be nice to add a trash can in the come area not just bathroom. Breakfast was good parking great like option our back or in garage especially if rain the elevator go right to the garage. The shower are okey the faucet and shower run at same time.

I would have demoted this hotel to three stars because of highway noise and ongoing renovations — but the staff is excellent, the breakfast is good and the location is fine, an easy walk to many good restaurant options. The price is reasonable for suburban Boston. So, four stars.
