“Amazing relaxed place with a really friendly host. So nice to stay here and enjoy the beautiful sunrise, hearing only the song from birds and the humming from insects. Big apartment with everything you need. Will definitely go back next time in the area.”

“Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.”

“The view is beautiful the staff is somewhat attentive and one would think that the hotel and its rooms have not been touched since the 1970s. I travel constantly this is the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in, in years…”

“Adoramos o lugar ! E super silencioso. Voltaremos !”

“Everything was beautiful!! We stayed for only one night but I wish I knew how lovely it would be and would have booked another night. ”

“La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.”

“Veldig hyggelig velkomst og hjelpsom personale. Parkering i egen lukket bakgård. Nydelig middag på restauranten og god frokost. Sjarmerende liten by på en høyde. Kan anbefales!”

“This property is a beautiful restored country property in a lakeside setting. Chiara and Martin are gracious hosts and talented cooks. Visting the major tourist destinations like Firenze, Roma the Amalfi coast can be overwhelming this place is like an oasis of calm. Bit of a secret garden with a total peace and love vibe removed from the standard tourist jam. Namaste”

“Gorgeous view of town of Orvieto, a lovely pool and hot tub, and beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast too.”
