Property was well located, good air conditioning. Only issue we had was the water temperature, which seemed to be luke warm whether trying to run cold or hot water. Just about warm enough for a shower so it didn't really affect us too much. possibly due to borehole water? staff couldn't really explain it. otherwise room was fine, great swimming pool on site and 15 minutes walk into town or slightly less to the Whalebone brewery which was great

We enjoyed our short stay at RAC. Check in was quick, beds were comfortable and the room was already cooled prior to our arrival. All communal amenities were spotless, from bathrooms, laundry, kitchens and swimming pools. Even the guests staying were all welcoming. We would definitely return.

We had a modernised cabin for 2 nights. It looked new, and was spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning was welcome. No oven, unfortunately – apart from that, the kitchen was OK for preparing meals. The holiday park was quiet and well-organised. Friendly, helpful staff. A shame that the coffee truck was only open until 11.30am, considering that guests can’t check in until 2pm! The Wi-Fi was poor – it kept dropping out.

Excellent value for money. Staff so accommodating and 10/10 to the cleaning staff who work hard making sure the place is clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Well done team, my daughter and I hadn’t had a chance to get away for a break for some years. This was a great chance for a break and reconnect. Thank you RAC Exmouth.

Exmouth has very limited accommodation so I booked a studio at the park. The studio was fairly new and had modern finishes including air con in the living room and bedroom. The studio was clean and well presented with everything you needed including cooking facilities. You can use the park’s other facilities including laundry, bbq, kitchen and 2 pools. Given you are in such close proximity to other residents, there is a fair bit of noise from nearby people and they are up VERY early in the park making all sorts of noise. You really need a car to get around the area, however there are a few things in walking distance such as a few cafes and town beach is 15 mins walk. Overall a fantastic town with great nature and exploring to be done. You are so tired at the end of the day all you need is a comfy bed to crash and this park ticks that box.

Not a huge choice of non camping options in this area. We stayed in a cabin. It has seen better days- possibly 20 years ago. Hob was rusty and not working (plug in one in cupboard). 4 bunks squashed in main room. Only seating area was around the 'fit for the bin' damaged table (or outside but mossies galore). Main double room was fine. Toilet/bathroom was very nice- external and not connected to cabin, Lots of room and probably only a couple of years old. A huge contrast to actual living/sleeping area. Whole experience was of a very tired, in need of renovation place. Shocking value for $200 per night. Oh and Wifi only worked in bathroom. Very disappointed in RAC.

Placed in a good part of town for easy access to the main strip. Not far from all the scenic spots either. Clean studio apartment and staff were friendly. Good option to stay at :)
