“I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. My room was never cleaned, and the trash was not picked up unless I asked. They would simply leave towels and 2 bottles of water outside the door. The bathroom was extremely outdated and did not feel clean. There were no clean cups, and the towels were old, smelled unpleasant, and some were even ripped. The gym was okay, staff was friendly, restaurants were okay. Overall, this hotel is not worth...

“Lo que se recibe por ese precio es justo, pero no lo senti 5 estrellas; no tenian rastrillos, ni otros amenities que en hoteles basicos como el apa de Japón dan sin jactarse ser 5 estrellas. Nisiquiera un par de botellas de agua. El chorrito de la taza del baño no servia. Es un hotel comodo si haces escala en Corea, pero no algo que me haga sentir especialmente motivada a volver.”

“元々チェックインが24時過ぎで翌日の朝に仁川から帰国予定でした。図らずも旅行中に唯一の携帯が故障してしまい、時間も何も分からない状態に。時間が時間だったのでインターフォンで伝えましたが、朝10：00より前はアラームなども難しいとのことでした。もちろんんこちらの事情なので仕方ないですが、部屋の中に時計・アラームがなく、テレビやパソコンは『信号を受け取れません』で使えず・・・。。せめて時計やパソコンがすぐに使えれば、、、と思いました。改善点を伝えるとしたらそこだけです。 お風呂は清潔で広くてよかったです。タクシーを呼ぶことも不可能とのことで外で待つ方がいいとのことでした。夜中2時ごろ少し寒かったですが、30分くらいでなんとかたくシーが捕まり、シャワーだけ利用させていただきました。 安くてお水も何本かいただけたのでありがたかったです。夜中にご迷惑をおかけしました。”
