Stayed here for two nights and loved it. The room and bathroom were very clean. The AC worked very well which was important due to the hot summer. The staff was nice but they do push for an early check out (around 10am instead of 11am as stated in the policy) so watch out for that.

We are a family of four an stayed in one room to rest after a long flight before heading to Seoul. Hotel Hu was a short distance a free shuttle from the airport, kind service, and basic room amenities. It was near food and walking trails. It was a very nice stay.

20 minutes shuttle bus drive to the hotel. Although it took us some time to figure out which bus and where to take. Room was spacious and clean. Although hotel is older, it had pretty much everything we needed except universal power plugs/ adapters. Air conditioner was quite loud. Newly renovated bathroom was appreciated. (shower only, no tub). Beds were comfortable enough, Asian style, firm. It was perfect for a 20 hour layover transiting to another country.

The staff wasn't there and I had some problems of using the kiosk to check in. However, the stuff did come down when I called the number. The amenities are barebone and outdated. It's okay for transit. However I cannot charge my phone because the outlet was different and I hadn't had that problem in previous stays in Korea. The good thing is there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was honestly very disappointing. It feels more like a creepy nursing home or hospital, with long, dark corridors that make the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The room itself is decent but very worn down, and the windows are covered with plastic, so you can’t even see outside — which makes the stay feel even more closed off. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially considering that for the same price you can stay at the luxury hotel right across the street. That said, the location is convenient: it’s close to the airport, there is a free shuttle service, shopping options in the building, and easy access to the aforementioned luxury hotel with great restaurants, entertainment for kids, and better overall facilities.

The room was well-equipped-kitchette, washer/dryer, great shower, complimentary water for each guest, a/c, fan, security monitor at door, tv. The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants around and very short walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but is showing its age. Overall pleasant experience.

Don't keep looking... just book it! My check in was very lackluster, however, my stay overall was amazing! We were in walking distance of 4 different subway-train lines and dozens and dozens of food options. Not to mention the views of the city and garden walks were amazing!

Really close to the airport so its convenient and the staff helped us check in since the desk was closed. You check in and out of a kiosk which doesnt work most of the time, so I was unable to check out properly as the kiosk said to talk to staff but the desk was closed. Hoping I dont get charged for late check-out as I had to catch a bus.

We picked this hotel as it was close to the airport and coming back from a wonderful vacation as we were in transit. This was a mistake. This hotel looks like a prison.. no decent restaurant options around. Check in/check out cold and not helpful. The only good thing is that they offer free shuttle to the airport.

Pros - There was free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. Just be aware that it takes over 30 minutes from terminal 2 versus 5 minutes from terminal 1. Cons - Overall the hotel room was large but bed was very hard and not very comfortable.
