To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. “First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”
