“What a beautiful location! Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. The staff were all so freindly and helpful, especially the extremely polite dark haired gentleman at the bar when we arrived. He took the trouble to show me to the room and explained everything. The breakfast was also very good, great choice and lovely to sit with a view of the Abbey. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend.”

“El peor Mercure hotel que me e hospedado, desde mi llegada, la persona de recepción poco amigable, mala información sobre desayuno, horarios ect. y nos cobró otra ves el desayuno a pesar de estar incluido en. El precio, El personal muy poco amigable. La única persona amable, Mina de Recepción por la mañana.”

“Yes the place needs a lot of tlc however my room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was great. Breakfast, I wasnt expecting much, but it was actually very good and tasty. Shame the hotel is closing next week. But if it weren't, I would definitely stay again.”
