“La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cercana a lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Las indicaciones recibidas por mail fueron correctas para realizar el check-in y check-out. Quizá el único punto de mejora sería el sitio web del check-in que daba algunos problemas, y especificar desde un principio la necesidad de aportar el impuesto municipal. Todo lo demás ha estado acorde a las expectativas.”

However there was a strong smell after opening the shower and taps which just got worse as the days went on, our coffee machine was broken and although we told the reception it didn’t get addressed. Finally there was no “4 pools” as advertised just the one, which was always extremely busy.”

“Very nice apartment situated in the old town not far away from restaurants and bars. ”

“There is a very narrow staircase to second floor that was hard to take baggage up. Constant noise from within apparently and outside, every time you open Faust a loud noise appears, bed. Wry uncomfortable and not enough space on the second floor to even stand, you need to crawl to the bed extremely hot and when leave window open mosquitoes had party on my body. Both nights I did not sleep at all. One good thing was Santos station was walking distance to take to beaches. Oh another thing...

“Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...
