“I arrived very early on a red eye and they were waiting for me,my room was ready including with a comp bottle of wine, and welcome cake! Clean clean clean. The room was bigger IRL than I expected! Not one but 2 mini AC units to make sure I stayed cool. The manager gave me his number so I could whatsapp for any request. I added a night, and i just had to send a whatsapp! Just the most adorable place. I would love to keep it a secret, but it's too great.”

“Excellent hotel - my family and I had to move into it when our previous hotel showed to be infested with cockroaches! They accommodated us early morning and were just perfect.”

Quizá el único punto de mejora sería el sitio web del check-in que daba algunos problemas, y especificar desde un principio la necesidad de aportar el impuesto municipal. Todo lo demás ha estado acorde a las expectativas.”

“The location is very convenient, with direct train access to the city center, yet the neighborhood itself is quite quiet. It was the nice environment to unwind and recover from the fatigue of traveling. Additionally, there was a fantastic wine bar just a 10-minute walk away, which was a wonderful discovery. Above all, the owner’s hospitality was wonderful. She was very welcoming and provided quick responses to all my inquiries, ensuring a smooth and worry-free stay. Overall, it was a...

“El trato del personal es excelente!!!!”

“VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.”

“The room was clean and the apartment itself was well presented. However there was a strong smell after opening the shower and taps which just got worse as the days went on, our coffee machine was broken and although we told the reception it didn’t get addressed. Finally there was no “4 pools” as advertised just the one, which was always extremely busy.”
