Loved the location. Rooms small but clean.
The bell hopes were so very helpful. Answered all our questions, looked after our luggage. Arranged our car to the airport.
We did not have breakfast as there was many places outside the hotel we enjoyed

So convenient and relatively quiet. Nice staff. Loved bathtub in the room; didn’t love noisy a/c. If you love the older NY this is great; if you need all modern, this is not for you.

Room and facilities were unclean. I used the gym daily and staff would be there cleaning up from the day before at the height of the morning rush. Totally inconvenient for the staff and unsanitary for guests. Hair in my bathroom as well.
