No live bodies to help with check in. No coffee in room what so ever. No room service to even order coffee. No directional help at all. Poor directive signage. Slow noisy elevators. Food court expensive with limited choices. Too add insult.. The last night the entire hotel lost all electrical power with no explanation at all!
Would never waste another nickel in the place.

I’ve stayed here since 2012 and it’s a hidden gem and your off the strip but still close enough to walk and feel like you’re staying on the strip and the staff is always nice and friendly and helpful
