Es war eine Zumutung. Beim Einchecken erwartete uns ein Raum, der mit einem Hotelzimmer nichts zu tun hatte: Das Zimmer glich einem Kellerraum – das einzige Fenster zeigte direkt auf eine Mauer. Die Luft war stickig, es roch stark nach Schimmel. Der Boden war verdreckt, das gesamte Zimmer wirkte heruntergekommen und extrem ungepflegt. Die Betten waren ekelerregend – voller Flecken, offensichtlich nicht sauber, insgesamt hygienisch unzumutbar. Stromstecker hingen teilweise aus der Wand, wirkten lebensgefährlich, gerade im Hinblick auf mitreisende Kinder. Das Zimmer war voller Moskitos, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl sie ausdrücklich Teil der Ausstattung sein sollte. Der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Balkon existierte nicht. Nach massiver Beschwerde vor Ort bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – dieses war geringfügig besser, aber ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage und in schlechtem Zustand. Auch andere Gäste an der Rezeption beschwerten sich zeitgleich – es handelt sich offenbar nicht um einen Einzelfall. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht, wie Expedia ein solch marodes und unhygienisches Hotel als „empfohlen“ einstufen kann. Die Informationen auf Ihrer Website waren irreführend oder schlichtweg falsch – und das auf Kosten Ihrer Kund:innen. Das Badezimmer war dreckig, die Dusche unhygienisch und völlig ungepflegt.Nach massiver Beschwerde vor Ort bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – dieses war geringfügig besser, aber ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage und in schlechtem Zustand.

Otel odası 55 metrekare olarak satılıyor ama alakası yok eski bina yenilenmiş ama kötü otopark yok araç park edecek yerde yok, klima yok sıcak yüzünden pencere açtık pencerede sinekilk yok bu yüzden sivri sinekler yedi Yataklar çökmüştü gece boyu rahat edemedik kısacası dinlenmek için gittiğimiz otelden yorgun ayrıldık Ayrıca açık büfe kahvaltı seçeneğide kısıtlı idi çoçuklara içecek bir meyve suyu bile yoktu

Öncelikle odalarda tuvalet ve banyoyu ayiran bir paravan yoktu ve duş suyu klozetin aşağısına akiyordu ayrica tuvaleti odadan ayiran kapı olmamasıda direkt duş alirken ve wc esnasinda odadan görünüyor. Resepsiyonda ki beyefendi nazik ve ilgiliydi. Odada terlik yoktu ve havlu kirliydi. Ketil için konulan bardağa sicak suyu koyduğumda bardak çatlayip kırıldı her yer kahve oldu temizlik görevlisi akşam olmadığı için hizmet alamadim bunun dışı da tv lambader ve yatak iyiydi

temizlik namına gerçekten kötü. özellikle havlular berbat ve sararmış. temizse bile (ki sanmıyorum) temizliği belli olmayan bir hale gelmiş. ne içme suyu var, ne terlik var. yastık çarşaf temizliği de oldukça vasat. f/p diye konakladım ama bir daha uğramam. benzer fiyatta çok daha iyileri mevcut.

Odanın temizlendiğinden şüphelerimiz var. Nevresimde saçlar yerde tozlar vardı. Telefonda evcil hayvanı kabul ettiklerini söyleyip resepsiyonda 500 lira ücret isteyip normalde yasak para ödediğinizde içeri alabiliyoruz dediler. Mecbur kalmadıkça tercih edilecek bir otel değil.

Otel çevresi oldukça sakin ve temiz bir yerdeydi, çevresinde eminiyet müdürlüğü, valilik vs. gibi yerlerin olması insana güven veriyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlılardı herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık, sadece odalar tam olarak dip köşe temizlenmiyor sanırım buda gelecek kişinin temizlik algısına göre problem olabilir yada olmaz size kalmış, ve bence en büyük sorun duvarların ses geçiriyor oluşu, koridorlarda konuşulanlar, diğer odada yapılan telefon konusmaları her şey duyuluyordu. Genel olarak F/P diyebilirim.

Ödediğimiz para dolayısıyla zaten beklentimiz belliydi. Çok müthiş bir konaklama beklemiyoruz elbette. Fakat her şey bir yana, tuttuğumuz odanın tahsis edilmemesi oldukça can sıkıcı. Biz içerisinde 4 tane tek, 1 tane çift kişilik yatak olan odayı istedik ve 5 kişilik rezervasyon yaptık. Fakat bize verilen oda hem başka odaydı hem de bir çekyata yatak serilmiş şekildeydi. Aynı oda olmak zorunda değil elbette ama dengi de verilmedi. Otel görevlisi kişi çekyatta da "yapılabileceğini" ifade etti. Yaklaşım kötü, kurnazlık yapma çabası da oldukça ucuz. Usulünce açıklama yapılsa sorun olarak görmeyeceğim bir konu aslında, akşam çekyatı çıkarıp yerine yatak koyma teklifi geldi en sonunda ama istemedik çünkü olay çekyat vs değil, sergilenen tuttum. Kötü bir yönetim tarzından başka şey değil olan. Ayrıca çarşafların durumu pek iyi değil, delik ve yırtıklar görebilirsiniz.
