Checked in at 14:00 but towels arrived at 17:00. Spa staff refused the spa discount given by Hotels.com. I had to spent a lot of effort to convince them about given discount.

I booked a room for my family with two beds, but upon check-in, we were given a room with one bed and a sofa. When I brought this up with the staff, they acknowledged they had rooms with two beds but only gave us bed sheets for the sofa instead of moving us to the correct room. This was not what we had reserved, and it was frustrating to deal with. Our reservation also included breakfast, but I would not recommend anyone eat there. The breakfast was very disappointing – the bread was old, and the overall food quality was poor. Even though I had similar dishes in Istanbul during my trip, the breakfast at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was terrible as well, which made the experience even worse. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good, comfortable stay.

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, Oda temiz, geniş ve rahat, Tek gece kaldığımız için otelin diğer olanaklarını kullanma olanağımız olmadığı için yorumum yok. Ama otel genel olarak huzur veren rahat bir konsepte sahip. Tek olumsuz konu odanı kapı üstünde iniai açıklı var. Ondan dolayı ses izolasyonu sıkıntılı.
