“Se estropeó la caldera y la dueña dejó una cazuela y un balde para el goteo constante de la caldera sin darnos explicaciones. Lo dejó así y desbordó varias veces y tuvimos que vaciarlo. Le llamamos a las 21:00h y aún sabiendo que la caldera estaba mal tenía el móvil desconectado. Tuvimos que cerrar todas las llaves de agua para que la cocina no se encharcara y al día siguiente pudieramos desayunar. “In general, the experience was really good. The property needs some level of refurbishing, but it's good. The breakfast could improve as well. The best thing are the surroundings and being 10mins by car from Saint-Jean-Pied-Du-Port. The rooms are quiet and they have enough space, but it would be nice to have more attention to details such us: there was no fridge or shower gel (no shampoo). The pillows are as well something to improve, they are more like cushions.”

“Vue sur un toit (donc franchement pas top). Le mur a des tâches et des morceaux de peinture écaillée. Une prise de courant était arrachée. A l'accueil, même si le personnel est relativement accueillant, tout l'espace est froid et impersonnel. Quand je suis arrivée la chambre n'était pas chauffée et sentait le renfermer. Pire il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain (pour éviter les mauvaises surprises laissez la porte ouverte). Très mauvaise insonorisation (on entend les clients monter...
