“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

“El hotel en sí está bien. Es un apartahotel, con habitaciones con cocina, cosa en la que no me fijé.
La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma.
Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal.
Lo malo es que el hotel queda un poco a trasmano de todo Port Vila, por lo que te tocará andar un rato medio (+/- 15min) para llegar al centro.
La comida, sin ser una maravilla, está...

“Location was great, right on the beach, really close to the Beach Bar and Hideaway island. Rooms were clean and as advertised and staff were excellent. Trying to get a reply via email before we arrived to organise tours was very hard and we ended up organising elsewhere but other than that we could not fault the place. We had a great time here. Would definitely come back.”

“Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage.
It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities.”
