“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!!
