“Our second stay - returning because we love the uniqueness of the French Partridge so much. The staff are amazing and the food is excellent. Super breakfast, lunch and dinners - you won't ever go hungry as the portion sizes are really generous and lovely fresh produce and a really good menu choice. The bar area has a lovely ambiance and we slept so well - the mattress and pillows were so comfy. Plenty of car parking. There are no lifts so make sure you get one of the bedrooms on the first floor...

“Location excellent for the Abby Hill Golf Course. Bed was comfortable. Lighting was terrible. Shower did not drain well.”

“Bathroom was tired. Bed not very comfy so did not sleep well. Evening meal very good but breakfast some was hot some warm and as on a cold plate it was cold quickly. coffee in pots tasted like it had been out too long and was only tepid”

“The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy. But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all.... Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything.”
