Vacations Close To El Tigre Ruins

I went with my boyfriend and bestfriend and there wa aplenty of space. I loved the view and the pool was perfect in the morning. Very affordable when I went as well would recommend

Caesars Palace is stuck in the 90s… They need to upgrade their rooms. The bathroom sink and the wood around the sink had broken pieces and scrapes all over. The furniture in the room were very outdated with scratches and dents. The windows were so dirty and one can tell they have not been cleaned in decades. We paid for an upgraded room that was supposed to be nicer than a standard room, it also faced the fountain. What a BIG waste..,mistake!!! A absolute JOKE! The windows were so dirty, disgusting! I have never seen more disgusting gross streaks of some creamy stuff on windows! Yuk! Housekeeping would not clean our room because, as the lady cleaning the room NEXT next to us said, "You are not on the list." Not sure of the LIST???? I asked two other ladies that were cleaning rooms on that floor if we were on "the list" and they told me that our room wasn't on their list either. We repeatedly called front desk and guest services to have our room cleaned. Finally someone from guest services called to apologize that they had a ticket that we had called several times. She offered to take $75 off our bill to make up for the dis convenience. We were meet friends for dinner at another hotel at 7 PM, but because we needed towels to shower and DIDN'T have any clean ones to shower with, the lady at the guest services said she would expedite towels to be brought to our room and she would make sure that our room gets cleaned ASAP. Perfectly adequate for a budget one night stay. Great location, helpful staff, room with water bottles and shampoo and coffee machine. Air conditioning not great but clean. Bare bones accommodation.
