Hotel Casa Veranda exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring Guatemala City.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing.
The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests we had. Their exceptional customer service made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
We also appreciated the overall cleanliness, safety, and value for the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Casa Veranda to anyone visiting Guatemala City for business or leisure.
