The staff here were excellent and always positive, friendly and helpful! There was a good range of food provided with several themes each evening. Housekeeping did clean our rooms daily and the linens were nice. Unfortunately, the property was NOT kept up and had several things broken including one of the two pools while we were there. We had cockroaches in our room and also saw one in the dining room. The hardscape has not been kept up, including roof tiles from the hotel rooms on the ground, broken benches and sidewalks. We had a leaking air conditioner and while the staff did try to fix it, we lived with water on the floor the entire time. We also had the maintenance men get on our roof to blow the leaves and dirt off, but instead blew debris all over our beds and clothing! We spoke to the front desk and Expedia about these issues but they were not willing to provide adequate help. Instead, they just tried to offer a later check out, or coupons for our next trip. Obviously, our flight schedule would not allow for this. This is nowhere near a four-star hotel! The photos of the grounds were taken many years ago and do not currently look like the posted pictures! Beware and make sure to read ALL of the reviews!! We highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!!
