“Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile. The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly. The food at the hotel is excellent!”

“We stayed 5 nights. Loved the island and easy to get to and from on the boat. 3 minute ride. From there a 5 min walk to main road where you can catch a taxi bus to port vila 10 mins away.we stayed in the ocean view rooms which are brand new and more being built. Spacious in design and facing west. The resort is not new but well managed. Enjoyed our stay. Very laid back experience”

“Lovely place for a nice quiet, relaxing stay. Exactly what I needed to unwind. The reef off the beach was amazing, even had two dugongs make an appearance ny last day. The room was lovely, and for a garden view room had a nice view of the water. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout. 10/10. Will be back.”

La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal. “We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”

“There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

“The 2 bed penthouse was great. Close to main town and the local ABM (supermarket). It has a full kitchen. Also just down the road was the waterfront bar a good place for seafood and a drink.”
