“Stayed here a few days for a personal retreat, to have a nice quiet place to sit and work, in pleasant surroundings. This place was perfect for that. Ticked all my boxes: parking, en-suite bathroom, desk in room. There is a common area with microwave oven and cutlery and plates/bowls and tea/coffee (there is tea/coffee and kettle in the room anyway), so I never ran out of hot drinks. The view outside my window was very pleasant - a green field sloping up to some houses in the distance. Just what...

“Our stay was for 3 nights in a comfy double room. This type of room was up 3 flight of stays (No Lift) so not suitable if stairs an issue with cases. Room was clean and bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. Found bed not that comfy, but would stay again and try a different room. Full Breakfast was lovely and can be altered to suit. Evening menu could have more choice and not very generous for the price. Menu would be better if changes can be made and not so much fish on menu. All staff...

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Pembroke Arms. It’s set in a beautiful location and was the ideal base for exploring Salisbury. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, comfortable and full of character. We really couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return.”

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”
