“A nice stay. A lovely pub right in the middle of Frome. We stayed here to go to an event at the Cheese and Grain which was perfect. Just be aware that as the rooms are part of an active pub you may get some noise on busier nights”

“My wife and I stayed here just one Sunday night. The hotel is centrally situated with a large car park. It is a wonderful old pub/hotel, full of character. The welcome was very friendly. “The overall aesthetic was awesome but the rooms need proper cleaning cobwebs are visible in the roof The cleanliness is something to be looked into Overall I liked the place and room”

“Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. Would certainly stay here again.”

“We were very disappointed. Lack of maintenance meant room was very poor. Room was vvv cold, we were given an extra duvet. Windows didn't shut properly. Bedside lamp didn't work. Shower head not fixed to wall. Room was small but we expected that.”

“Muy lindo hotel en la carretera muy cerca de Bath. Hay habitaciones en el edificio antiguo y al fondo de la propiedad hay más habitaciones en una construcción nueva. El restaurant es muy bueno con un desayuno incluido también excelente. Las habitaciones nuevas están al lado de la línea del tren por lo que se escucha pero no alcanza a ser molesto. ”
