“Room clean and spacious staff very friendly”

“Rooms were clean, staff helpful and, in short, excellent. In house WiFi was weak and intermittent. The rooms looked a little tired but not scruffy. Plenty of parking (except on entertainment night. This wasn't to my taste but was very popular with the larger audience) but there is ample street parking and the road is not busy. Here is an ancient lift which worked faultlessly!”

“Great location. Friendly staff. Good food and drink choices. Site is lovely with lots of space to sit and enjoy scenery. The room was basic, which would have been fine had it not been let down by poor house keeping. Beds and towels were changed and that was it. “Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog”
