“We had a very comfy stay. Room amenities were great, especially the toiletries! We stayed in a premium room with feather pillows, bedding etc. Breakfast was a tasty choice, fresh cooked and served by friendly staff. We did make use of the bar and sat outside in the extremely well- kept grounds.”

“Absolutely lovely staff. Room was very good, excellent bathroom, storage space and comfortable bed. Only two areas for improvement: my room was above the bar and the music was a bit annoying, it was the sort of dance pop music you get in supermarkets. Disappointing that it was playing throughout the public areas downstairs, including the restaurant. I like music and have no problem with it! But it was just the wrong music to enjoy dinner with. “Great location. Friendly staff. Good food and drink choices. Site is lovely with lots of space to sit and enjoy scenery. The room was basic, which would have been fine had it not been let down by poor house keeping. Beds and towels were changed and that was it. There was an orange film on shower tray which we scrubbed off. There was a goo under soap the whole time. Glasses which were used and dirt in first day remained in room dirty the whole time. “We had a lovely 2 night stay, it was clean and had everything we need including a nice big bed! Breakfast was beautiful also.”

“Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Balcony was unusable. Unstable plastic tall barstools which were useless and very uncommon. With armchairs dragged out of the room you couldn’t see over the tall concrete balcony at all. Paid extra for a room with a view!! Management were rude and snobby. Not willing to help at all. We were shown two other rooms of the same type exactly but refurbished at least. Minutes later when we said we’d try to check out, because these rooms suddenly became unavailable, this woman offered no help at all....
