“Simply the best and the CLEANEST hotel I have ever been in Manchester. Reception was good, staff were lovely, but the rooms were better 😀 Breakfast was nice Everything was great. We enjoyed our time. Thank you!”

“No air conditioning. No fridge. No telephone. Rooms made up every 3rd day is normal practice, they said if we wanted everyday they would mark it as such. Still no room made up after 3 days. Trash left outside the room was left over the weekend. Guests have to fetch clean towels from a supply room. Someone had vomited in the elevator and the smell was horrible. Stayed there 6 years ago and it was fine. It has gone downhill. Rooms were shabby with no maintenance”

“Estuvimos únicamente una noche, lo justo para acceder al aeropuerto de Manchester temprano al día siguiente. El hotel, en líneas generales, está bien, habitación amplia y confortable. El desayuno lo encargas el día antes en base a 4 opciones a elegir, lo recoges por la mañana en una bolsa y puedes comerlo allí mismo, llevarlo o subirlo a la habitación.
