“Overall nit too bad. Car parking was an issue and we had booked a table for two for my husband's birthday dinner and they committed to tell us they had a full house with a quiz on that evening. We had to get elsewhere. The owner was not very accommodating at all.”

They were very flexible on items on the full English and the ingredients were good quality with proper sausages, thick bacon and thick slices of good bread. “Have known this hotel for a number of years and it was one of the best in the area but now needing a facelift without spoiling its design. Lift inside needs upgrading, fixtures and fittings need upgrading. STAFF were lovely especially Carol in the lounge area, very kind and helpful. Pool and garden area lovely. Parking good but limited spaces. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated for Bideford T own and links to Westward Ho!, Barnstable, Instow and surrounding areas. Would...
