Vacations Close To East of Maui

The room was a great rate, I was impressed with our clean and spacious pet friendly room. We did like the location and how it was close to so much. Having a pet area, playground, arcade, gym, breakfast and pool were really great features. The tv had good choices for family during down time. The downfall were the other guests. 2 nights in a row people were throwing parties and blasting music at 3am so I got very little sleep. It smelled like pot and outside there were cigarettes and trash scattered around. Again this was due to the other guests and not the hotel. The hotel was great. I would stay there again. Maybe they can consider an espresso machine for the tired parents.

Room was good Beach front Room. Just they wasn't no ice skating and breakfast was not the same. We got toast on the second morning and the food was cooked better.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed with great pillows. Decent breakfast in the morning and appreciated the citrus water available 24/7.

Low expectations were not met. This property is a mess. Our 6 bunk room had 1 VERY small table and 1 indoor chair. The outdoor chairs at were dirty and falling apart. The parking area and outdoor section of our "camp site" needed mowing. Goats and chickens roam the camp sites leaving animal crap everywhere that not only gets tracked into the cabins but also attracts flies that are relentless. The cabin (#2) has a loud rattle trap of a window AC unit that is also falling apart and comes complete with a thilthy filter that looks like it has never been cleaned. Windows in the cabin had no curtains or blinds. Bathrooms are gross and the garage was overflowing. Can't say there is any indication that this property is managed by anyone who has ever stayed at a campground. The attitude of those I interacted with was indifferent to the state of the place but they were walking around barefoot (true fact). The goats are a menace and aggressive and should not be permitted to roam free. Liabilities everywhere.
