I wish that it was made known to us prior to the reservation that the room was actually in another building that required many stairs and walking outside to get to it. “Definitely no complaints for the price! It's not a 5* hotel but the staff were great, we had a comfortable king size bed. It's walking distance to Tim Hortons and many shops and restaurants. Honestly I was a little hesitant to book there because of the reviews but I'm glad I did. We will definitely stay there again if we are passing through the area... Now, if you want a brand new or 5* hotel, go pay double+ somewhere else... Sad but some people I never happy and just like to complain, like what...
