“The room was clean and well presented. We were slightly disappointed in the fact that the rooms were only serviced every other day. All the staff were brilliant. ”

“Overall a lovely stay. Staff were polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was welcoming and fely cosy. Reception, lobby, lounge, library, bar and restaurant were beautiful but the room we were in was a little tired decor wise. I do love the old features and understand it is an old building but some areas needed a little attention.”
