“Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.”

“I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. “I stayed here previously last year but since then, standards of cleanliness and general upkeep seem to have fallen. In the bedroom, three of four pillows on the bed had brown marks on them; the dressing table chair had a long brown streaky stain on it (looked like 💩) and in the bathroom, there was no rubber seal on the bottom of the glass shower screen, so water poured out onto the floor when showering.
