2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.
