“I paid £20 each for breakfast for 3 of us staying at the hotel, had to wait over 25 minutes for 3 cups to have a cup of tea, which we didn’t get as we had to leave to catch the train, no bacon or scrambled egg was replenished during that time .when I went to reception to ask for my £60:00 refund I was told I would have to email the manager to request this. Very poor service from the staff”

“The pub was lovely, the food was good and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was that the room had been very liberally sprayed with Fabreeze, including the bed linens, which sadly caused me to have an asthma attack and meant I had to cut short my stay.”

“Had 1 night here, great location for le shuttle. Perfect for what we needed, food was lovely! Only issue we had was the noises from the bathroom, when flushing the toilet or using the taps. They have a macerator system in place! Otherwise perfect for what we needed!”
