The hotel is very beautiful, i'll give it that. The location was okay, though it was a little far from a lot of the places we were going. But I have to be honest about the housekeeping, because this really bothered me. When I pulled back the comforter to get into bed, there was makeup on the sheets they clearly had not been washed. I called to ask for fresh sheets, and when someone finally came, they didn't even change them. They just flipped the same sheet around, I know because I checked the bottom of the sheet. That was honestly disgusting, and I was very upset. I tried not to let it ruin the trip with my sister, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. Beautiful property, but this needs to be fixed."

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was done daily, ensuring fresh towels every day. The décor was unique and beautiful, which added to the overall experience. The hotel was conveniently located near many entertainment venues and restaurants, and South Beach was just a short walk away. I also enjoyed their daily champagne hour in the afternoon. The only improvement I would suggest is having more variety in the breakfast selection from day to day. Other than that, my overall stay was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience
