Conveniently located, quiet location with competent and courteous staff. Reasonably clean. Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen are worn. Basic breakfast with prepackaged items.

This is a great hotel right by Golden 1 stadium. Within walking distance to Old Sacramento, restaurants & shopping. Staff super friendly. Safe & clean hotel.

Excellent Staff !!! Especially Amaris & Jeff and the breakfast staff.. everything was great !! Love this place ! So convenient for our Convention 🤗 I always recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything !!!

The room was excellent, but as a disabled person I’m not sure it was fully an ADA room. Also, I’m not a fan or carpet when being in my chair, but if that’s the only thing deterring me from booking a room, I can live. Other than the above mention, everything else was a 10 out of 10.

The rooms are perfectly designed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, roll around desk, sliding black out blinds, bathroom night lights and quiet air conditioners. I travel a lot and find the rooms and set up perfect for my needs. Staff was casual and professional. I did not have the breakfast as my departure was before they open. Great small hotel in an older part of town. Definitely stay there again when visiting Sacramento. Perfect rooms.

This is a historic riverboat and we absolutely loved all of it! Yes its outdated and the room was on the smaller size but it was a RIVERBOAT!! We had dinner there and the food was amazing, staff was friendly, and area was perfect. Exceeded expectations!
