The pool was great too. A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy. ”

I have one gripe… Seafood Chowder, should include shellfish and smoked fish to which I was disappointed with as it only had white fish. Just call it fish soup.”

“It’s raining and storming in Dunmore East so we decided to duck into Strand Inn for shelter. When we saw the fresh fish specials of the day, we decided to stay for dinner, too. We fell in love with the staff and decided we needed to stay the night!! It was the perfect decision. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning before we headed on our way. Highly recommended!!!”

“Booked two rooms for myself and family. First thing I noticed on arrival was how warm and inviting it looked. Next was the lovely welcome we received on checking in. We had two rooms adjacent to each other which were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We went for dinner and were greeted by the fantastic staff. Nothing was too much and service top notch.
