The B&B is lovely, peaceful and with tranquil views of the river adds to the sense of tranquility. The host Susan was very welcoming and helpful by recommending the artisan grocery with everything needed to enjoy a picnic on the B&B patio. The included breakfast was deliciously prepared from locally sourced products. Highly recommend if your looking for a quiet rest after sightseeing

This is a wonderful B&B, with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable; Des and Susan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Great choices for breakfast, freshly cooked Irish breakfast and lovely porridge too. Plenty of local fresh fruit and honey. Good location for Waterford. Would highly recommend Samuels Heritage B&B.

Stayed here to attend a friend's wedding in the area. Exceptional service, they went above and beyond what I expected. The place immaculate and the facilities were exactly what I needed. The breakfast was perfect - I couldn't have asked for more. Fresh fruit, juices, good selection, and a hearty full Irish breakfast, couldn't fault. Would definitely recommend.
