“Dirty, cold, noisy. There is a restaurant on the lower floor and you can smell the food being cooked in the room all day long. The room had the lock forced, it was not secure, the parking lot was tiny and difficult to access.”

“This one of the nicest properties I have stayed at, so much better than a sterile hotel room. Immaculately clean. Beautiful surroundings and a very warm welcome. I stayed here for 4 nights and I loved it. Very well equipped kitchen with complementary breakfast (bread/cereal) a proper coffee machine is also a bonus. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are large. Highly recommended.”

“Price point is right for this property. Car parks a little tight but this is useful for the location and closeness to CBD. Queen Street is within 40 minute walk but an Uber is only $10 each way and Sky City $14, very cheap. Room was spacious and tidy with the shower clean and meeting expectations given the price. Bed comfortable and heating worked well and was quick to heat the room. The hotel reception is not staffed after 8pm but entry via card is used instead. Area is quiet too with a short...
